When it comes to tough odors we combine cleaning techniques, odor neutralizers, and ozone treatment. It's a powerful and safe combination that will solve the odor problem and won't further damage your vehicle. Here's our process:

Vacuum
& SteamWe almost always start with vacuuming and then a strong course of steam cleaning. Removing the solid matter and sending powerful steam into a problem area takes care of a large majority of the problem. (We suggest purchasing an interior detailing package as part of this process.)

Targeted Cleaner
& Odor NeutralizerAfter the steam cleaning we generally follow it up with a targeted cleaner and odor neutralizer. This isn’t air freshener. These cleaners were designed to remove odors for professional use. These are the big guns.

Ozone
TreatmentSevere odors leave us no choice. After steam cleaning and odor neutralizers we move on to ozone treatment. This technology is one of the most effective tools in the battle against severe odors.

Ozone Treatment
Ozone (O3) is a colorless gas that occurs naturally and is one of the world's most powerful disinfectants, second only to Fluorine. It is 3,000 times more effective than chlorine at destroying germs, bacteria, and viruses. Ozone consists of three oxygen atoms instead of the usual two. When it contacts odor-causing bacteria, a natural oxidation occurs. The extra oxygen atom bonds with odor particles, neutralizing them and leaving behind safe, odorless oxygen (O2)
Pet Odor
There are many different car shampoos you can choose from, but this specific type of shampoo will clean up the source of the smells more than a regular car shampoo will. This is because the chemicals in this product do an excellent job of breaking down the chemical compounds of pet urine which eliminates the odors. If your dog has an accident in the car, I would highly recommend using this product.
